Please CAREFULLY read the following information if you are the parent of a potential American (AL), Intermediate (IL), or Juniors League All Star. (This is only if you want your child to be considered for All Stars, will be around during the AS period, AND can commit if selected) All-Star Verification Night: A District Representative will be at the field (Snack Shack area) Thursday, April 30th between 5:00 - 6:00 pm to do All Star document verifications. Please read the following information closely and bring ALL the appropriate documentation within the appropriate date range. IF YOUR PLAYER HAS NOT PREVIOUSLY BEEN VERIFIED FOR ALL-START PARTICIPATION, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: (3 ITEMS)
All the All-Star information you need is located under Registration-General Information
What you need to bring: - Player’s Birth Certificate: Please bring the original as it must be seen by the district representative and a Copy (copy will be retained by the league)
- ***IF YOU DON’T HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE (NOT a copy) YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.***
- School Enrollment Form or Proof of Residency
- If you don't reside in our district, download the School Verification Form. If you go to school in our boundaries, the SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM IS THE EASIEST path to complete paperwork. (This includes Sunset View, Silvergate, Dana Middle, and Warren Walker). No other schools fall within our boundaries. This form must be signed by your child's school administrator.
- If using the Proof of Residency method, you'll need three documents to prove residency, one from each of the three groups and documents must be dated or in effect between Feb 1, 2025 – Feb 1, 2026. (No earlier and No later than these dates or the documents will be declined by the District Rep!) NOTE: You MUST bring copies of the proof of residency if using this method; those documents will be retained by the league.

- Driver’s License
- School records
- Vehicle records (registration, lease, etc.)
- Employment records
- Insurance documents
- GROUP TWO:
- Welfare/child care records
- Federal records (Federal tax, Social Security, etc.)
- State records
- Local (municipal) records
- Support payment records
- Homeowner or tenant records
- Military records
- GROUP THREE:
- Voters Registration
- Utility bills (gas, electric, water, phone, waste
- Financial records (loan, credit, investments, tec.)
- Medical records
- Internet, cable, or satellite records
- Signed Tournament Verification Form (Everyone)
- This document must be signed by everyone.
**Also note that any documents you may have submitted on the website at registration must still be brought to Verification Night. This is a completely separate event. Once this process is complete, your child is secured for the remainder of their PLLL career, and you will not have to do this again.
