Register for an Arm Care Clinic during the Spring 2026 Arm Care Week for PL Coaches & Players!

This clinic will be led by Jack Gonzales. Gonzales is entering his fourth season as the Assistant Pitching Coach at PLNU. In 3 seasons, the Sea Lions have appeared in 3 consecutive regionals with a record of 121-47 and a College World Series Appearance in 2024. Before his coaching career, Gonzales pitched at PLNU, helping lead the team to a National Championship appearance in 2022. Jack specializes in the development of pitchers through training in mechanics, arm care, and pitch design.

Monday: 13 & 14 year old players and IL & Jr. Coaches

Tuesday: 11 & 12 year old players and IL & AL Coaches

Wednesday: 10 & 11 year old players and AL Coaches

Thursday: 8, 9, & 10 year old players and Al & NL Coaches

Friday: Catch all!

This clinic will be offered on two dates with opportunities for players in all divisions. Take a look at the details below and register your player for the clinic that corresponds with the division they are hoping to play in for Spring 2026.

10:00 - 11:30am: AL (ages 9 - 11, kid pitch)

12:00 - 1:30pm: IL (ages 11-13, 50/70)

2:30 - 4:30pm: Coaches clinic for AL & IL coaches

8:00 - 9:30am: T-Ball (ages 5-6)

10:00 - 11:30am: Rookies (ages 6-7)

12:00 - 1:30pm: NL (ages 7-9)

2:30 - 4:30pm: Coaches clinic for T-Ball, Rookies, & NL coaches
