Field closures today are due to weather and field conditions. Currently there are no known cases COVID-19, the illness caused by SARS-CoV-2, associated with Point Loma Little League. Weather permitting, all of PLLL is operating under normal schedules. Point Loma Little League Board of Directors is aware of the situation and will continue to monitor and provide updates regarding precautions and restrictions that may be initiated. PLLL intends to follow the guidance of our local schools, California Department of Public Health (https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/Pages/Immunization/ncov2019.aspx), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (https://www.cdc.gov/), in how we manage or restrict our schedule. We will keep to the original schedule as best we can with the understanding that the health of our children and community are of the greatest concern.
In the interim, please follow CDC guidelines regarding hand washing, sharing equipment, etc.
